Shipping Information

Pinke Milk currently only ships in the USA, keep your eyes open for updates. All Pinke Milk orders will be shipped through the USPS shipping carrier and orders are shipped out every Wednesday. A notice will be posted online and  sent out via email if the shipping day must be changed for that week. All orders will be provided with shipping details which include the shipping address, return shipping address, order details and tracking information.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: 2 Business Days

Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day

Made To Order Information

All slots for custom orders are limited each month and a non - refundable deposit for materials are required to secure your slot for a custom order. All deposits vary based on the item you are having customized.

Ordering Process

Ordering process for "Ready To Ship"items

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, order receipt, and there is a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.

After the processing time you will receive another email with shipping details.

 

Order process for "Made To Order" items

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, order receipt and an estimated time frame as to when your order will be complete

Upon the time that your order is complete you will be contacted in regards to your order where you will be provided with at least 3 images of the completed look, (This is to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product if you do not respond within 48 hours of receiving the email, you are agreeing you are satisfied with the product and ready to move on to the final phase of your order) shortly afterwards you will receive another confirmation email of your order and there is a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.

After the processing time you will receive another email with shipping details.

Payment Policy: 

All Payments are due upon ordering a Made To Order item and Ready To Ship items. All payments are currently being accepted through PayPal. Once the payment has cleared you will receive a receipt in your confirmation email.

Return/ Refund Policy

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS! 

Pinke Milk thrives on satisfying each and every one of our customers so prior to shipping out orders we make sure customers are happy with their custom items before shipment takes place. Once items are shipped for a custom order, the sale is final and will not be eligible for refund.

 

NON - MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Return and refund for non-custom orders are only eligible if the item has been damaged during transit of delivery. Customers are required to initiate a "Damaged Items Claim" within 48 hours of receiving their order. 

Submit an email to pinkemilkcreations@gmail.com subject line "Damaged Item Claim" include a description of the damage, your order details and clear/visible images of the damages to the item. You will be provided with instructions during the claims process.
